Design engineering:

1. Analysis of title documents and conditions at the construction site: either reconstruction or new construction, the need for technical survey, the existing utility networks and their capacities, etc. Development of the concept and draft design;
2. Signing a contract with the customer;
3. Preparation of sections for the design (“P”) stage of the design documentation and obtaining the declaration on the beginning of construction works;
4. Development of sections for the detailed (“R”) stage of the design documentation;
